Phoenix USA Rear Wheel Center Cap - 8-1/4" Hub Diameter - Center Hole Mount - Right Thread

After installing new tires on the motorhome the tire company did not have the tool necessary to torque the wheel hub center bolt cap on the rear tires. Long story short, the hub bolt cap vibrated loose in travel and the stainless steel wheel hub cap was lost. Fortunately, e trailer.com had the exact replacement needed and shipped it quickly and directly to our RV park resort in Tucson. We’re happy campers again!1273250

After 1 year and many miles of motorhome travel the replacement wheel center bolt cap still looks and works great. I just occasionally re-check the torque tightness to make sure it hasn’t vibrated loose during driving.

This was a replacement for a missing cap on a diesel pusher I bought used. Looks almost identical to the Freightliner cap on the other side. The center cap bolt that screws to the mount you put on the wheel to hold the cap on was about an inch to long and wouldn't tighten down. Simple fix was to cut an inch off, worked fine after that. Price was far better than a freightliner chassis replacement and I can live without the logo. Delivery and ordering from etrailer was no problem.857853

Exactly what I was needing for the Freightliner sport chassis. Only problem I encountered was I burned the box before I went to install it. And after pulling it out of the bubble wrap I noticed it has a dent in it. Well a dent is better than no hubcap. And I’m not buying another $90 cap1492316
